Nothing will tear me down.

As of lately I have been receiving more and more people who are wanting to make a change in their life, and wanting physical training from me. I have played sports for a long time(mostly Track & Field, and Soccer), but I was never into personal training until my trainer influenced me to help others. I used to actually have an Art Major in college, until I realized that my lust for fitness is something I want to do for the rest of my life, and I really want to help others in their hopes and dreams by studying and becoming a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist. I don't have a price hourly for my time to help you in training right now, just the fact that I'm helping someone is something way more valuable then money to me. I am still studying to be a trainer, but I'm that confident in myself that I can help you.

So for all of you reading this, if you are wanting my help to reach your goals and are SERIOUS about it. Then I will go the extra mile to help you reach your goals, and motivate you. You will see results physically and mentally. I will be their for you as a trainer and a friend, and make it so nothing can weigh you down.

A great book for strength training!

Ok everyone, I recommend this book to everyone I know looking to build muscle and strength. The book is called Strength Training Anatomy *Third Edition* by Frederic Delavier. It talks about the Do's and Don'ts of lifting, how to life, which muscles are being working when doing certain lifts, etc. Like I said, highly recommend this book, and it's an affordable price! Here is the link.

New to Blogger

My goal is to help others out in fitness and reaching their goals of where they want to be at. I'm studying for my ACE certification in Personal Trainer and going to school for Kinesiology. I will be posting tips on body building, cardiovascular training, dieting, and taking supplements. I'm not an expert, but I do know my fair share of information on these subjects.
