Ok everyone, I recommend this book to everyone I know looking to build muscle and strength. The book is called Strength Training Anatomy *Third Edition* by Frederic Delavier. It talks about the Do's and Don'ts of lifting, how to life, which muscles are being working when doing certain lifts, etc. Like I said, highly recommend this book, and it's an affordable price!
