Great Protein Diet

*WATER PER DAY* 1 Gallon




Protein
-Fish
-Steak
-Chicken
-Pork
-Eggs(Hard boiled - Large AA 3-5g of protein)
-Nuts( Macadamia, almonds, cashews, peanuts, flax, and walnuts.) Carbs = Energy

Veggies(Mon-Fri)
-Cauliflower
-Broccoli
-Asparagus
-Green beans
-Spinach or Greens

Fruit(Sat & Sun only)
-All
-Citrus fruits - Heavy

Carbs(Limited. Sat and Sun only)
-Rice (Brown or White)
-Potatoes - Starch)
-Pasta

NO sugar
NO butter
NO cheese
NO salt
NO ketchup
NO juice, soda, etc.

Great way to start off the diet. Then after two weeks, move on to more fruits with protein.

  1. I like to eat Famous Stars. With Cheese and ketchup and a sugary coke, large in the combo.

    Is this detrimental to my goals in overall physical fitness!?
